Pallet Rack Backing Specifications
The 2" x 2" x 10 gauge steel welded wire mesh that makes up the Pallet Rack Backing System is welded onto a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 13 gauge steel angle frame. In order to accommodate pallets that extend beyond the beams, panels are provided with flush mount or offset brackets and predrilled mounting holes on six-inch centers.
With an "Above the Top" configuration, loads kept on the top beam may be contained by panels that extend above the rack. The Pallet Rack Backing System is available in custom sizes.
